One in eight babies in the United States is born premature. Benjamin Scott and wife Lyndsey became parents to one of these tiny miracles when their son Miles was born 15 weeks early weighing just 1.5 pounds.
Scott, who is a filmmaker and photographer for Abercrombie & Fitch, picked up his camera and started filming Miles' life, starting with the first time the new mom got to hold her little fighter.
The baby spent 107 days in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) before being able to go home with his parents.
The new dad continued his endeavor throughout his son's first year and the result of his labors, aside from one adorable little boy, is this heartwarming film showing his son's life from birth to first birthday.
