Preparations
To make these tempting and tasty spiral cheese buns first you have to knead dough with yeast, sugar, milk, flour, salt, olive oil and egg. Then for each bun, roll an oval shape of the dough. Cut its strips with knife but remember to leave one side uncut as shown. After that brush this striped oval dough with melted butter and sprinkle grated cheese over it. Then start rolling it from the uncut side in a slanting manner. Once a long roll is ready twist it and form a bun. Finish making all the rolls and put them on a silicon mat or greased baking tray. Brush a beaten egg on all the rolls and sprinkle some sesame seeds.

Bake them in the oven until ready. Enjoy with tea, coffee or milk. Be the buns for 10 minutes for proofing. Grease the muffin egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and send it in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 *. Bake until golden brown.
