These Lies Must Stop on TITHE PAYMENTS AND OFFERINGS

Please i urge everyone to study the whole book of Malachi starting from chapter one, more post will be coming soon on this tithes issue by the grace of God... The book of Malachi was mainly written to rebuke pastors for taking unholy offerings. But pastors today only concentrate on Malachi 3:8-10 "Do not rob God," without caring if you rob man to pay your tithe.

Considering how much Malachi 3:8-10 has been used to demand tithes, you owe God and yourself the duty of reading the entire four short chapters of Malachi. You will discover that God requires holiness and integrity as a condition for accepting your tithes and offerings. AND YOU WILL BECOME VERY CIRCUMSPECT ABOUT MINISTERS WHO DON’T CARE WHETHER YOU ROB MEN BY TAKING BRIBES AS LONG AS YOU “DO NOT ROB GOD”. How Pastors can read Malachi and ignore almost the entire book which rebukes Pastors for collecting lame and unworthy offerings, and focus almost exclusively on Mal 3:8-10 on tithes is tragic. Don’t be deceived, God is not pleased with testimonies of breakthroughs laden with hidden compromises, and facilitated by bribes and unrighteous designs. Your Pastor, Bishop may receive the tithe and turn a blind eye, God does not. Unrighteous tithes, first- fruits and offerings have no record in heaven’s reward records; you may find them on the list for sanctioning and punishment.
We pray that every reader will honour God and His word more than Man of God.
The money your man/women friend aka(Ariosto)  gave to you is unholy, the money you got by inflating price on a product is unholy, the money you got from fraud is unholy, from bribery and corruption is unholy, stolen money is unholy.
Do not take unholy offering or tithe to the church, do not lay curse on yourself. Your pastor may be accepting them. But God is against you and your Pastor.

Malachi is a short book in the Holy Bible. Please endeavour to study the whole book today, so that you will know the truth we are telling you now. Have you ever studied the whole book of Malachi? The book is not long. Please endeavour to read it today. Be blessed.

STRENGTH FOR THE WEAK

TEXT: JUDGES 7:9-15
Key verse: “And thou shalt hear what they say; and afterward shall thine hands be strengthened to go down unto the host...” (Judges 7:11).

The frontiers of God’s grace can hardly be comprehended by finite human minds. Victories attained in life are not directly attributable to man’s inputs, even though it may be so to some extent. Such victories are derived through divine intervention.

God’s explicit command eventually came to Gideon to storm the vast army of Midian that was spread like grasshoppers in the valley. Yet, it was not a command without the enabling grace. God understood that in spite of all assurances, Gideon would further require demonstrable proofs that He had indeed delivered the hosts of Midian into his hand. On getting closer to the enemy’s camp with his servant, Phurah, Gideon became aware of the startling disclosure from the lips of a Midianite, that God would deliver Midian into the hand of Gideon. This revelation came to pass with pinpoint accuracy. It was more than enough to strengthen Gideon and to send him on his knees in worship and adoration of a peculiarly faithful God.

As we march through life, it is possible to come across emotional, spiritual and physical battles that we have little or no strength to contend with. In such situations, we need to be persuaded of the ability of God to supply the needed strength to overcome every battle.

God hardly gives a command without the corresponding grace. He appreciates the frailties of man and readily provides power to the faint and strength to the weary. Those who choose to wait on Him can always renew their strength in the power of His might. God’s interventions come through various channels. When they come, ours is to be spiritually sensitive and be willing to follow the Lord as He leads. It is only through obedience and trust that we will find the courage and boldness to surmount every difficulty.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: God is our refuge and strength.

SEE THE BENEFITS OF CUCUMBERS!!!

Spice up your 8 glasses of water per day with a slice or two of cucumber. It's wonderfully refreshing, but there are amazing benefits to cucumber as well. Cucumbers are cooler than you think ...

Here are benefits of Cucumber

1. Fat busting: Do you ever wonder why women put cucumbers on their eyes to relieve puffiness? The photochemical in cucumbers makes the collagen in your skin tighten, thus the lack of puffiness. Did you know that you can rub a cucumber on a problematic spot of cellulite anywhere on your body to lessen the visibility of it? Did you also know that it has the same effect on wrinkles? Wow, it makes purchasing those fifty dollar creams seem a little silly, doesn’t it? You can also rub a little bit under your kiddo’s eyes after a long bout of crying to avoid that puffy ‘I cried for an hour straight’ look.

2. Defogger: Do you get annoyed when you get out of the shower and you have to fight the fog on the mirror? Who has time for that when the kids will be awake at any moment? Try rubbing a slice of cucumber on the mirror before you hop in and not only will you get a fog-free mirror, but you’ll have a nice smell that will boost your mood.

3. Headaches: If you suffer from headaches from chasing your babies all day (or pets or your husband), or had a little too much wine with dinner and want to avoid a hangover, eat half of a cucumber before bed. Cucumbers are high in B vitamins, sugar, and electrolytes, and they replenish the nutrients missing in your body to help you avoid a hang over or to beat that headache that’s been threatening to take over.

4. WD-40 replacement: Did you know you can get rid of a squeak by rubbing a cucumber on the hinge? Wow, now you don’t have to tear your garage apart looking for that little can with the red straw, and the baby won’t wake up when you slowly open the nursery door to check on him.

5. Crayon on the walls: Take an unpeeled cucumber and rub the crayon off of the walls in the event that your kiddo left you some art. You can also use this technique to erase a pen mistake.

6. Halitosis killer: Take a slice of cucumber and put it on the roof of your mouth. Hold it there with your tongue for 30 seconds. The photochemical that you love for cellulite and puff reduction will also kill the bacteria that is causing your bad breath.

7. Tarnish remover: If you’re finding tarnish on your stainless steel kitchen faucets and appliances? Rub it off with a cucumber slice. Not only will it remove years of tarnish, it will leave it streak free and your hands will thank you, and your kids won’t be put at risk from a dangerous chemical.

8. Energy booster: If you’re feeling tired in the afternoon, don’t give Starbucks your five bucks. Instead, grab a cucumber. There are just enough carbohydrates and B vitamins to give you a longer-lasting and healthier boost of energy than soda, coffee, or those health hazard energy drinks.

9. Munchy madness: Did you know that European trappers ate cucumbers for energy and to keep from starving to death? If those big burly manly men can eat a cucumber to keep from starving, you can eat one as a healthy choice when the munchies hit. Slice some up and take them in a small plastic container to the movies if your theater doesn’t offer healthy alternatives to munching on butter soaked popcorn.

10. Frugal facial: Slice up a cucumber and boil it in a pot of water. The chemicals inside of the cucumber will mix with the steam. Remove the pot from heat and lean over it, letting the steam hit you. Your skin will be more radiant and healthy, and you will feel relaxed and rejuvenated.

11. Shoe polish: Cut a slice off of your cucumber and rub it on your shoe. It will not only shine it up, but it will repel water.

12. Pest control: Put three or four slices of cucumber in a small pie tin and place them in your garden. The chemicals in the cucumber have a reaction that pests hate. You won’t smell it, but it will drive them from your garden all year long. Replace them periodically.

13. Sunburn: Sometimes sun block doesn’t always protect your little ones from sunburn. If you have burnt little kiddos you don’t have any aloe, rub some cucumber on them. Many doctors even use cucumber to treat patients with irritated skin and sunburns.

14. Blood pressure: Cucumber has been long used to treat high blood pressure. If you have it, add cucumbers to your daily diet. There is also ongoing research into the use of cucumbers for lowering cholesterol.

15. Constipation remedy: The seeds of a cucumber are a diuretic. If you’re constipated, try eating a cucumber. If you suffer from chronic constipation, add cucumber to your daily diet.

BAKE THESE TWISTED CIRCLE AND HEART SHAPED BREADS

Any dough will do the shape of these breads, but look below to see how to make a dough for bread.
Breads taste delicious at tea time and dinner and if they are baked in a unique way then they become yet more tempting. So here you go for circular and heart shaped twisted breads.
-To make this bread first you have to make thin strips and twist every two strips together to form ropes. Make two circles with the ropes in a baking dish. In the centre fill the bread with S-like dough spirals. Apply egg wash and bake.

-The heart shape is also quite similar to the method above as you have to make concentric hearts with the dough ropes filled with spirals. Brush with egg, bake and enjoy.

Ingredients
• Flour - 3-3.5 cups (to desired consistency test),
• butter, softened at room temperature - 200 g,
• milk (can be straight from the fridge or room temperature) - 1 cup,
• sugar - 2 Art. l.,
• salt - 1/2 tsp.,
• dry yeast - 2 tsp. (Fresh compressed yeast or - 50 g)
        Directions

Mix the yeast and salt (if using fresh compressed yeast, 50 g take them and grind with salt), add milk, flour, sugar, softened at room temperature butter.
Mix the dough. The dough should be thick and heavy (better then before butchering presplit flour). Dough during kneading quickly begins obligate of hand. Put in a container and put in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Dough is slightly lifted, but becomes significantly lush and increases in volume during baking.
Dough was well kept in the refrigerator. So it can prepare for the night and in the morning to bake pies and cakes.
Before butchering removes the dough from the refrigerator and let it warm up a bit and sculpt.
Dough can be stored in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
Tip: If you intend to keep the dough a few days, the next day, that the dough does not become sour, it is necessary to add 0.5 teaspoon baking soda (soda is no quenching). On the palate it has no effect, but the dough is stored for several days.
Course, better to use this dough is not later than the next day. Source:stylishboard.com

In His Presence

TEXT: PSALM 16:1-11
Key verse: “Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fullness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore” (Psalm 16:11).

Most men are obsessed with temporal carnal based activities. Only very few dare to plod the earthly terrain through eternal perspective. And because of blurred spiritual vision, not many appreciate the need to be in God’s presence than in any other place.

David is the writer of this Psalm. At the superficial level, it is a confession of his faith in the preserving power of God. An in-depth exam it for nation of the Psalm reveals its prophetic tenor. It opens itself to an extended theme - that of the Messiah.

Jesus, our Lord is that Messiah whose primary purpose is to save the lost. This prophetic thrust is implied here (Psalm 16:10; Acts 2:29-36). This prayer is that of the Lord Jesus who envisions the gruesome and excruciating pain that is set before Him at the cross as He exclaimed, “now is my soul troubled: and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour: but for this cause came I unto this hour” (John 12:27).

Our Lord saw the weight, pains and pangs of the cross but the Gethsemane prayer made Him see “the joy that was set before Him....” Beyond the cross, He saw the crown. Our concern in this Psalm today is the reaction of the Lord to the imminent suffering of the cross. He prayed “preserve me O Lord...”, He confesses positively the promises of God concerning His Life.

We too can take a cue from the responses of Jesus to trials, tests and trouble. Our afflictions are light when they stand beside Jesus. When next you are passing through a difficult situation, draw near to God. In His presence, you will find the fullness of joy.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: No where else to receive the fullness of joy than in His presence.

Tongue Of the Wise

TEXT: JUDGES 8:1-3Key verse: “...And what was I able to do in comparison of you? Then their anger was abated toward him...” (Judges 8:3).

The tongue of man is a key to life or death. It can sow comfort, joy, peace and harmony or discomfort, sadness, turmoil and discord. The Bible calls it “a fire ...a world of iniquity” (James 3:13-18). Yet, when wisely used, it will douse the hottest contention.

Gideon was returning from a very great victory over the Midianites when the Ephramites angrily accused him of not involving them in his fight. But divine wisdom from the lips of Gideon pacified their anger and won them over when he softly and humbly venerated the Ephramites above his own people.

A closer look shows that Ephraim had no ground for their grudge against Gideon. Besides, normal patriotic zeal would have made them to volunteer their services at such a time. Cowards will want to seem valiant when the danger is over. It might be that they were piqued at not having shares in the glory of the victory. Instead of repressing their wounded pride, they used this occasion to bring out an old and deep-seated rivalry. But we should learn from the way their anger was pacified. Gideon with meekness and control over his passion, magnified their performances above his own victory.

His soft answer turned away wrath. Gentleness coupled with words seasoned with grace, will disarm the most furious. “By long forbearance is a prince persuaded, and a soft tongue breaketh the bone”. Tact in handling issues of life must be cultivated in order to maintain truth and good relationship. To avoid unnecessary offences and wrangling, Christians should learn to use positive and gracious words. There is need for crucifixion at Calvary for the tongue to be brought under the control of God’s Spirit. God’s grace is meant to change our lives including our tongues.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The righteous’ tongue is always with grace, seasoned with salt.

Prayer For New Week Folks

In this new week and month, declares the LORD Almighty, I will break the yoke off your necks and will tear off your bonds; no longer will foreigners enslave you. So do not be afraid, do not be dismayed, declares the LORD. I will surely save you out of a distant place, your descendants from the land of exile. You will again have peace and security, and no one will make you afraid . I am with you and will save you, declares the LORD.
The same brothers who sold Joseph to slavery had to come bow down to him to get food! God will cause all the enemies in your life to bow down to you in the name of Jesus! Just as the enemies of Isreal worked to preserve the promise land for them , your enemies are working for you and all the wealth of the wicked shall be transferred to you because you are the righteousness of God!

All who devour you will be devoured; all your enemies will go into exile. Those who plunder you will be plundered; all who make spoil of you I will despoil. But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds, declares the LORD.

Happy New Week from us ASB-World.
