THE MINDSET OF KINGDOM MILLIONAIRES

Money is like a current, it is either flowing to you or flowing away from you that is why it is called Currency. So you need to learn how to magnetize money.

Most people are poor because of lack of knowledge and examples/training they received from parents and authority figures. If you grew up in an environment that says "money is meant to be spent", you'll never have savings"

Psalm 66:12 Every year loads of people are joining the millionaires club! God wants to raise you as a person who can make a difference in your world.

It is not true that there is money scarcity in the world, rather every year millions of people cross the millionaires threshold.

Don't listen to the what ifs and words of distractions around you. You work towards getting blessed first and watch God teach you how to handle it.

There are people who lack the right knowledge to make wealth, some Christians will cry and pray for financial breakthroughs but their financial levels never change because they haven't obeyed the laws of wealth making. There are certain laws you must follow to make wealth, if you don't obey them you can't be a millionaire! The law of gravity doesn't respect anointing!

2Timothy 1:7 To be a millionaire you have to overcome the spirit of fear! Things may not always go right at first but don't let that stop you, God hasn't given you the spirit of fear!

The secret of success is that there are no secrets! If you do what others have done you will get the results other millionaires have gotten. God is no respecter of person, colour, gender or age. If you believe Him, He'll do greater things in your life.

The richest man in Nigeria, Aliko Dangote is not a Christian even the young man who owns facebook is worth over 20million dollars and he isn't born again! You have a kingdom mindset, the spirit of God dwells in you so too you can make it!

Unsaved people become financially successful because they know the proper steps to follow. There is a time for fasting and prayers but there are certain principles you must follow!

7 PRINCIPLES

1) Have a great dream/purpose/ vision.

-Write down your dream/vision for the next 1yr, 5yrs, 10yrs - See yourself in the place of wholeness, happiness and wealth (Provb 23:7) - Ask yourself precisely 'where do I want to be in 5yrs?'. Bible says God will grant the desires of our heart, if you don't have a desire, what do you expect God to work with?

2) Do what you are passionate about!

Prosperity doesn't come just because you went to university or have a good job! Find out what you are passionate about, pursue it and it will take you places

-Turn your passion into a source of income

- Don't start with a NGO if you have not worked for a couple of years. Broke cannot help broke and it is difficult for a struggling person to help struggling people.

- Too many Christian youths are jobseekers! JOB stands for "Just Over Broke". You can never become a billionaire through a job. No bank CEO through their official basic salary makes 1million dollars.

3) Find and develop your unique gift! Matt25:15 God has blessed every one of us with gifts, you're gifted!

- Package your skills and talents well! All Oprah Winfrey does is talk! Women like to talk but she packaged her talk very well and she's making big money.

4). See yourself as self employed whether you have a job or not!

-Those who end up millionaires don't work the contracted "8am-4pm" "9am-5pm" hours at their place of work, they go an extra mile and work over time when needed.

- There must be results in the hours you're being paid for! See the organisation you work for as yours, give it your very best and when you get your own company you'll be disciplined enough to manage it effectively and efficiently!

5) Be committed to excellence!

-To excel means to surpass, to be ahead, to be at the top, to be NO 1. When you are on top of your game, people will notice and respect you. Proverbs 22:29, Proverbs 18: 16

- All successful people are good at what they do! Before you put something out there, make sure it is excellently done!

6) Develop a clear sense of direction

-Where are you going? How would you know when you get there? What are the milestones?

-Even in your relationship, when it comes to picking who to marry, make sure you pick someone with a clear vision as you! If God wants to prosper you and you are with the wrong person it might not work out, it takes only one Jonah to sink a ship!

- No goal, No go! You can't go forward without goals, set goals for direction.

- Make a plan and write it down (Habakkuk 2:2). If you know it and it's written down, it's easier to remain
focused when challenges and distractions come.

7) Have a money mission!

What do you intend to do with the money when God eventually blesses you?

Bible says in Proverbs 1:32 that the prosperity of fools ends up destroying them.

4 Money Missions To Follow As A Christian - Be a Kingdom promoter (Matthew 6:23) - Be a blessing to your family - Be a blessing to the household of faith (Gal 6:10) - Be a blessing to those who are needy (James 1:29).

- 3 Things you need to combine as a believer. 1) The skill in which you're trained (2) You natural abilities and inborn traits (3) The anointing of God.

You can be wealthy if use your gifts, develop it and depend totally on God.

Lay Not Up For Yourselves Treasures Upon Earth

‘Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where neither moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: for where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.' -Matt.6:21

Remember when you were in primary school and your teacher would do the 'Simile exercise' with you? For example, as bold as a lion, as cool as cucumber, as hot as the sun?

Well, life as we know it now is as frantic and fast-paced as the traffic on the streets of New York. Everyone is going somewhere in a hurry, rushing through each activity, accomplishment or phase of life like they're acting on the set of Fast and Furious 7.

And everywhere we look there's so much pressure...pressure to perform, pressure to amass wealth, pressure to belong, pressure to be seen, noticed, respected...and it's so sad. It's sad because with all this pressure, even the most sincere and well-meaning Christian can easily get carried away.

An analogy came to my mind as I thought about this. We have one major goal right? Which is to make heaven. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

So let's say a girl called Banke decides to go shopping at the market. The market opens at 9am and closes at 6pm. Now, Banke has to be out of the market by 6pm latest or else she'll be locked in there permanently. So she goes into the market. And she's got so much money on her. There's lots to buy, everything is so colourful and attractive. She's like, 'Mehn! Money aint a thang!!!'. So she quickly forgets the heavy wristwatch on her hand which is meant to keep her focused. And she shops, and shops, and shops. And the more she buys, the more she sees to buy. She's already gotten carried away. So she forgets that she is shopping because she wants to use the things at home, and she can only get home if she leaves the market.

That's how Banke shopped till it was past 6pm. On getting to the gates, she was told it was too late to leave she was stuck there forever. There was no exit. Also, she could use everything she bought AT the market, IN the market (like seriously, who does that? We shop inside to show off outside, right?) End of analogy.

That's the same way it is for us. Ever heard the saying, 'aye l'oja, orun n'ile'? Life is the market, and heaven is your home. Whatever you do or buy in the market is meant to be used when you get home. Why get so carried away at the market that you won't be able to find your way back home? Why buy so many things in the market that you cannot use back home? Isn't that what we call waste? Do we really want to waste our lives?

Guys it's not easy. I know. But Jesus came down in human form to prove to us that though life isn't easy, everything we need to do is 'doable'.

What is our focus? In everything we do, what do we visualize as the main objective or the end result? Is it temporary satisfaction, living for the 'now' or is it eternal fulfillment, living for the 'future'?

I shall conclude with the words of Apostle Paul from Phil.3:13-14.
'Brethren I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.'

May God help us all, Amen.

You Can Try This Heavenly Chocolate Cherry Bombs

To make these cherry bombs first you need to make a chocolate sponge cake. Let the cake cool and then crumble it in a bowl. After that add frosting to it. Mixing it with the frosting will create a binding force in the mixture. Then coat the cherries with this cake and frosting mixture. Make a round ball around cherry and press it to firm the ball.

After you are done with coating all the cherries melt some cooking chocolate in a double boiler. Then dip each cake covered cherry in the melted chocolate. Chill it in refrigerator and chocolate cherry bombs are ready to be served.

Get Your Praise On!

Imagine someone with a snake bite or scorpion sting or some other poisonous substance in his system with no access to an antidote, what do you suppose will be the fate of such person? Well, except by divine intervention, certain death lurks around the corner for that person. An antidote, as we clearly know, neutralises the effect of the poison/venom/toxin that pollutes the body system and causes harm. Thank God for antidotes!

The world as we know it today is full of pollution. Mind you, I do not mean air, land, water, or noise pollution as studied by environmentalists - I mean spiritual pollution released from the pit of hell to endanger human souls. Since Satan is the prince of this world, and since his three-fold ministry is to 'Steal, Kill, and Destroy' (John 10:10a), he has unleashed his demonic minions to roam freely and do untold damage. He has poisoned the world with so much evil that permeates the nooks and crannies of the universe. He daily attempts (and succeeds many a-times) to steal/kill/destroy people's joy, health, sanctity, peace, promotion, success, salvation, progress, prosperity, and what-have-you by injecting his venom into their situations and circumstances.........but,

Thanks be to Jesus, there is an antidote! How so? Let's check the story of King Saul in 1Samuel 16:14-23 (HCSB):

14 Now the Spirit of the Lord had left Saul, and an evil spirit [sent] from the Lord began to torment him, 15 so Saul's servants said to him, "You see that an evil spirit from God is tormenting you. 16 Let our lord command your servants here in your presence to look for someone who knows how to play the lyre. Whenever the evil spirit from God [troubles] you, that person can play the lyre, and you will feel better." 17 Then Saul commanded his servants, "Find me someone who plays well and bring him to me." 18 One of the young men answered, "I have seen a son of Jesse of Bethlehem who knows how to play [the lyre]. He is also a valiant man, a warrior, eloquent, handsome, and the Lord is with him." 19 Then Saul dispatched messengers to Jesse and said, "Send me your son David, who is with the sheep." 20 So Jesse took a donkey loaded with bread, a skin of wine, and one young goat and sent them by his son David to Saul. 21 When David came to Saul and entered his service, Saul admired him greatly, and David became his armor-bearer. 22 Then Saul sent word to Jesse: "Let David remain in my service, for I am pleased with him." 23 Whenever the spirit from God [troubled] Saul, David would pick up his lyre and play, and Saul would then be relieved, feel better, and the evil spirit would leave him.

Saul's soul was poisoned with gloom and depression via the instrumentation of torment by the evil spirit and the only antidote to this poison was music that ascended to the throne of heaven (I'm sure David wasn't just playing some music, he was dedicated to praising God with music). Whenever David played, the evil spirit left, and Saul got better.

So what are you waiting for? Get your praise on! Praise is the surest antidote that neutralises that 'poisonous' situation and relieves your very soul. Why? God inhabits the praises of His people (Psalm 22:3). When you sing His praise, He comes to revel in it, and tell me, what impish evil spirit can stand around? Don't let the devil achieve his aim, don't let his poison take effect, meet it headlong and neutralise it with your praise rising up to the Father of all good and perfect gifts!

Shalom! By Ayotunde.

Italian Salsa Verde

Pantry staples like canned tuna, boxed pasta and bread can save dinnertime when the weather turns brisk and a dash to the store is simply not gonna happen.
But so can a great condiment. One we often forget about—since its Old World sibling tomato sauce steals the spotlight—is Italian salsa Verde.
This is one of those rare sauces that can be blended in two minutes using almost anything you have on hand—soft, fresh herbs, a bit of garlic, olive oil, capers and some sort of acid such as lemon juice (our fave) or white wine vinegar—plus anchovies or hot peppers, to taste.
Jam-packed with piquant, bright, incredibly satisfying flavors, here’s how to use it:
Dollop on baked salmon, chicken, steak or vegetables
Use it as a marinade for meat (as none other than Mario Batali does))
Slather it into any sort of sandwich (like chef Caroline Fidanza of Brooklyn’s Saltie does (recipe below!)
Best of all: it keeps in the fridge for several days or as long as several weeks, if stored in a tightly sealed jar and covered with a layer of oil, like pesto. Here’s one of our favorite salsa verde recipes:

Ingredients
2 cups mixed herbs: parsley, mint, dill, scallion, cilantro
1/4 cup capers
1 fresh red chile (optional), seeded andthinly sliced
2 large cloves garlic (optional), thinly sliced
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1–2 lemons
Sea salt
Directions
In a bowl, toss the herbs with the capers, chile and garlic (if using), and olive oil. Add the juice of 1 lemon and a small pinch of sea salt. Taste. The flavor should be bright and lemony. Adjust as necessary with lemon and salt.
