SPIRIT FILLED LEADERSHIP
“Behold my
servant whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighted. I have put my
spirit upon him...Isaiah 42:1
Are you a spirit filled leader? Do you operate under God’s divine influence? There are certain things you must note if you must answer these questions.
1. A spirit filled leader is a man under authority. He recognizes that he is a servant. A servant trembles, take instructions, is teachable and can be trusted.
2. He recognizes the uniqueness of his calling and gifts.
3. He has divine unction. Whenever we see a Christian leader, we must see the anointing; we must live a life without blemish - a holy life. You must rule yourself before you rule others.
4. A spirit filled leader is given to unceasing prayers.
5. He is a man of great understanding. When you have understanding, you will clearly define your tasks.
6. He knows the unfolding of God’s plans. Ministry has phases; you must recognize where you are and what God has called you to do.
7. He is upheld by the Lord.
Be filled by the Holy Ghost. Seek to know God and you will be greatly used for His kingdom
