CLEAN YOUR KIDNEYS WITH CORIANDER LEAVES

Years pass by and our kidneys are filtering the blood by removing salt, poison and any unwanted entering our body. With time, the salt accumulates and this needs to undergo cleaning treatments and how are we going to overcome this?
It is very easy, first take a bunch of parsley or Cilantro ( Coriander Leaves ) and wash it clean.
Then cut it in small pieces and put it in a pot and pour clean water and boil it for ten minutes and let it cool down and then filter it and pour in a clean bottle and keep it inside refrigerator to cool.
Drink one glass daily and you will notice all salt and other accumulated poison coming out of your kidney by urination also you will be able to notice the difference which you never felt before.
Parsley and cilantro (coriander) are known as best cleaning treatment for kidneys and it is natural!
Both have similar impact but Parsley is preferred choice. Difference between Parsely and Cilandro. Parsely doesn't have the smell whereas cilandro (Dhaniya Leaves) Smell. Parsely is used in Salads. Both leaves look similar to each other but by close observation, you can notice both are different.

Keep fit. Stay fit.

My children’s school had their inter-house sports competition last week. When I was younger, I looked forward to 2 things in an inter-house sports: Parents race and teachers’ race. Most times, it’s the mothers who participate. It was always funny to see mothers run against each other, trying real hard to win. The pupils usually had a laugh at school afterwards, talking about how each mom ran! My mom never ran and I was always disappointed.

So this time, I told my hubby and children I was going to run! My daughter was giggly with joy (bless her heart), my hubby said if you don’t win, don’t come home cos I will tease you tirelessly…..Hehehe I therefore went with excitement and determination to win. All through the children’s sporting events, I was restless. It was a very hot day and I was getting sweaty and tired. I kept looking at the time wondering when they would call for the Parents’ race. Finally, the announcement was made – time to show my agility…lol
With a subtle wink at hubby and my daughter cheering me on, I walked towards the start line with several other mothers (as usual, women volunteered first). There were 15 of us and we were all set to run the 100 metres race. When the whistle went off, off I sprinted! Of course I won, leaving a healthy gap between me and the mother who came 2nd place. I did my daughter proud, as she kept screaming “that’s my mummy!”
I went home happy and satisfied. Next day when I woke up, alarms went off in my body. It felt as though I had been in a plane wreck!!! My legs were hurting real bad and my thighs felt like I had ‘Yokozuna’ sit on them! Imagine! All the joy I felt at winning was kinda shortlived cos I kept saying to myself “Who send me message o” Till today, I still feel the pains in my legs, and na just 100 metres I run o.

I have since realised the importance of keeping fit. Running the race was not a problem because I had the right mindset and I was determined. But I have harmed myself in the process simply because I didn’t do the necessary things needed before such a race. Any runner who doesn’t keep fit will find himself out of steam during or after the race. You see, life is a race and the way you run it is important. Having the right mindset and determination to make it helps you. However, your state of heart before and when running your race matters a lot. You need to be very fit otherwise you will not have the tenacity to finish your race well. And even when you do finish it would be like one scarred.
Hebrews 12:1 - Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us RUN with endurance the race that is set before us, NKJV
Psalm 119:32 - I RUN in the path of Your commands, for you have broadened my understanding NIV
Isaiah 40:31 - But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will RUN and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint NIV
Are you staying fit?

DON'T LET FEAR HOLD YOU BACK

In God I have put my trust; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me? Psalm 56:11
Through the Holy Spirit's guidance and wisdom, we are capable of achieving the work that the Lord desires for us to accomplish. But fear can cause us to stumble and fail.
For example, fear of criticism will often make us drag our feet and cause us to worry about others' opinions. Instead, we should be placing a priority on pleasing God.
Fear of making mistakes may prevent us from either starting a project or changing our behaviour.
As believers, we must remember that we live the Christian life by depending on God, who promises to provide us with our needs as we obediently follow Him.
Yes, you may make some mistakes along the way but remember that the Lord is your strength.
Fear of having our weaknesses exposed causes us to worry about other people's opinions of us instead of focusing on our strengths.
It's important to stay in God's Word so we can gain a biblical perspective on our fears and think accurately and positively about the future. Remember that God is able to handle your weaknesses.
Instead of hiding them, you can go to the Lord and ask for His help. Doubt is another reason for failure.
Many of us have trouble believing in our God-given abilities, or we question whether we deserve the Lord's plans for our lives.
The antidote to doubt is increased trust in God, which we can gain by meditating on His characteristics and His promises.
God expects us to operate according to His timetable, not our own. So watch out for procrastination, which can derail success.
God promises victory through Jesus Christ. What's holding you back?
Prayer: Thank you Lord, that I can do the things that you have called me to do.
Scriptural Reading: Psalm 56:1-13

LADIES: SAVE YOUR BODY FROM PUBLIC VIEWERSHIP

Whenever I see pictures of ladies on Facebook with their back side facing the camera to show their 'goods', and with some guys liking and commenting and sharing; some guys commenting like, 'You look hot in this', or 'You look sexy', then the supposed lady comes back after a while to comment, 'Aww, thanks dearies', I just smile. Let me tell you one thing, no LEVEL-HEADED GENTLEMAN, WITH HIS SENSES IN PLACE, WILL EVER MAKE YOU A WIFE. What for? After all you've shown everything to the world, what else is there to keep only for him?
Trust you me, ladies, gentlemen like it more when you are reserved and know your worth. Even though many gentlemen may feel intimidated at first sight, a lady with confidence, brains, and character, who knows that she doesn't need to attract a man with images of her nearly-exposed body is what men go after. Why do you think many of the so-called fashionable and 'dress-to-kill' ladies go unmarried? Because no man wants to share what he has with the world.
If you want to have men falling for you, just two things; INVEST IN YOUR BRAIN. It's what you know that determines your confidence. Secondly, SAVE YOUR BODY FROM PUBLIC VIEWERSHIP. When you expose your body for viewership, we will watch, but no one will take you serious. But when you save yourself for your husband, he's not only proud of you as a wife, but he respects you without reservation. Think about it!

World’s longest sea bridge opens in China…Cost less than a billion pounds(PHOTOS)

China has opened the world’s longest cross-sea bridge – which stretches five miles further than the distance between Dover and Calais.

The Jiaozhou Bay bridge is 26.4 miles long and links China’s eastern port city of Qingdao to the offshore island Huangdao.
The road bridge, which is 110ft wide and is the longest of its kind, cost nearly £1billion to build.

Chinese TV reports said the bridge passed construction appraisals on Monday and it, along with an undersea tunnel, would be opened for traffic today.

It took four years to build the bridge, which is supported by more than 5,000 pillars across the bay, and it is almost three miles longer than the previous record-holder – the Lake Pontchartrain Causeway in Louisiana.

That structure features two bridges running side by side and is 23.87 miles long.
The three-way Qingdao Haiwan Bridge is 174 times longer than London’s Tower Bridge, spanning the River Thames, but cuts only 19 miles off the drive from Qingdao to Huangdao.
Two separate groups of workers have been building it from different ends of the structure since 2006.
After linking the two ends of the bridge on December 22, one engineer said: ‘The computer models and calculations are all very well but you can’t relax until the two sides are bolted together.

Even a few centimeters out would have been a disaster.’
The engineering feat will only hold the record as the longest sea bridge for a few years – it will be beaten by another Chinese bridge in the next decade.

Last December officials announced workers had begun constructing a bridge to link southern Guangdong province with Hong Kong and Macau.
Set to be completed in 2016, officials said the £6.5billion Bridge will span nearly 30 miles.
It will be designed to cope with earthquakes up to magnitude 8.0, strong typhoons and the impact of a 300,000 tonne vessel.
But both structures will still be dwarfed by the longest bridge in the world, also in China.

The Danyang-Kunshan Grand Bridge is an astonishing 102 miles in length.

Malaysian Missing Jet: claim relatives Passengers’ phones are still ringing

Relatives of passengers aboard the missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 claimed that they were able to call cell phones of their loves ones, according to media reports.
The Washington Post said that the families of some of the 239 people onboard the missing Boeing 777 claimed to have heard the mobile ringtones.
“In some cases, the relatives could see them active online through a local Chinese networking site called QQ,” the Post reported.
The eerie development comes even as Malaysian authorities described MH370′s disappearance an unprecedented mystery.
One man told the Washington Post that his brother-in-law’s QQ account indicated that he was online.
Frustratingly for those desperate for some news or sign, messages have gone unanswered and calls were not picked up.
Search and rescue (SAR) operation involving 10 countries has so far failed to find any trace of the missing airliner.
Britain’s Daily Mail reported that the phantom phone calls and online presence had set off a new level of hysteria among relatives and next-of-kin, most of whom have spent three days cooped up at a Beijing Hotel waiting for news on the missing plane.
MAS officials in Beijing have been told repeatedly about the QQ accounts and ringing telephone calls, and relatives are hoping that SAR forces will be able to triangulate the GPS signals of the phones to locate their loved ones.
Bian Liangwei, sister of one of the passengers aboard MH370, claimed that she was able to reach her elder brother’s phone.
“This morning, around 11:40am, I called my older brother’s number twice, and I got the ringing tone,” she told the International Business Times.
At 2pm, Bian called again and again heard its ring tone.
“If I could get through, the police could locate the position, and there is a chance he could still be alive,” she said.
However, at a press conference in Beijing, MAS spokesman Ignatius Ong said one of the numbers provided to the airline’s head office in Kuala Lumpur had failed to get through.
“I myself have called the number five times while the airline’s command centre also called the number. We got no answering tone,” Ong said.
Search for the missing plane has now moved to the Straits of Malacca, some 100 miles away from where it was last recorded by electronic monitoring devices.
The dramatic shift raises the possibility that it flew undetected, crossing mainland Malaysia, before ditching into the sea.
MAS said Malaysia’s western coast near the Straits of Malacca was now the focus of the hunt.
Civil aviation chief Datuk Azharuddin Abdul Rahman, however, said the statement didn't imply authorities believed the plane was off the western coast.
“The search is on both sides,” he said.
The plane was carrying 239 people when it vanished off radar screens early Saturday morning en route to Beijing from Kuala Lumpur, triggering a massive international search effort.
Authorities have expanded their search to include areas where the plane could have in theory ended up given the amount of fuel it had on board.
On Sunday, Malaysia’s air force chief said military radar indicated that the jet might have turned back before disappearing. – March 11, 2014.

SEEK GOD'S WILL

The LORD is good to those who wait for Him, To the soul who seeks Him. Lamentations 3:25
A middle-aged polygamous man was saddled with the impossible chore of pleasing his two wives.
One of the wives was old and the other was young. Each of the wives claimed to love him very much and desired to make him look as they liked.
Now the man's hair was turning grey, which the young wife did not like, as it made him look too old for her husband.
So every night, when she combed his hair, she would pick out the grey hairs from his head.
The elder wife on the other hand loved to see the husband's grey hair because it made him look his age and she did not like to appear older than her husband.
So every morning, when she combed the hair of her husband, she would take out as many black hairs as possible from his head.
With each wife 'lovingly' trying to turn the husband into the kind of man they liked, the husband soon found himself completely bald.

The lesson is simple. If you accept everybody's view of who you are supposed to be, you will end up losing what you have. You will become 'bald'.
There are many people with good intentions for you but in the end, you must seek the intentions of God.
Don't just live your life on the advice of friends and loved ones. Go to the scriptures and find out the ways of God.
Spend time in prayer to find out what the Lord wants you to do. Nurture your own walk with God so that you can hear His voice when He speaks to you.
Seek the Lord with all your heart and you will find His will for your life.
Prayer: Lord, I desire that my life be lived for your glory and purpose.
