TWENTY-FOUR HOUR MIRACLE

Then Pharaoh took his signet ring off his hand and put it on Joseph's hand; and he clothed him in garments of fine linen and put a gold chain around his neck. Genesis 41:42
Overnight, God turned around the life of Joseph from an abandoned and rejected immigrant to a favoured and respected leader.
He had suffered from the jealousy of his brothers, the malice of his boss' wife and the abuse of prison life.
Considering the apparent retrogression of his life, the obvious conclusion was that Joseph was headed for a life of frustration and bitterness.
At almost every turn of his life, something had gone wrong. One day the routine and pattern of his life was interrupted. God stepped into the cycle of frustration and restarted a new pattern of blessing for him.
This was not a random act of God. It was simply the appointed time for Joseph to begin reaping the rewards of all the years of faithfulness and service that had previously gone unrewarded.
• Joseph's hands which a few hours ago had been in prison chains now wore the king's signet ring.
• Joseph's clothes which a few hours ago were general prison issue, were now of royal designer quality.
• Joseph's neck which a few hours ago bore burdens in prison was now adorned with a beautiful gold chain. In less than twenty-four hours, God took everything that was a shame and a reproach to Joseph and replaced it with honour.
He is still in the transformation business and will turn your life from shame to honour.
Today can be your day of breakthrough. All things are possible with God. Expect a miracle today!
Prayer: Thank You Lord, for Your power to turn my shame into honour and blessing.
Scriptural Reading: Genesis 41:37-57

Health: Small Gesture Every Morning Helps You Lose Weight!

Losing weight can be a real struggle, but only if you are doing it wrong, as many people tend to do. They will go to the gym, do the hard work, and come home eat bread (with a thought to compensate the energy they have lost during the hard training, or they will try to fuel the body with high fat foods). That’s totally wrong! We offer you a proper replacement with ingredients which will follow your idea of losing fats, and actually will improve and make your idea realize faster.
if you want to boost your weight loss, gather the ingredients for an amazing morning elixir:
  • 1 cup of water at room temperature
  • Juice of one organic lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of raw organic honey
  • Fresh ginger root shoot or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (fresh is best)
Boost you immune system + Reduce inflammation to much higher results!
  • Lemon Drinking water can also help preserve your immune system. Because of its antibacterial properties, lemon water can help soothe a sore throat. This is also a great support to the lymphatic system, which works in conjunction with your immune system to trap and eliminate pathogens. Lemon water helps cleanse the lymph nodes stored by the lymphatic system. Lymph is essentially a collection of “waste” collected in the body.
  • This mixture can help you reduce inflammation considerably, thanks to its recognized anti-inflammatory properties. It also helps to neutralize the acidity, which is the main cause of tissue inflammation. Lemon juice is acidic outside the body, but once metabolized, it becomes alkaline. The alkalinity reduces the acidity, so inflammation.
Important!  If you add lemon to your water, make sure to use organic lemons. Move away from the concentrated lemon juice that is sold in stores. These pre-bottled juices contain preservatives and other additives that have adverse effects on the body. Treatment during manufacture eliminates natural enzymes, vitamins and antioxidants present in the lemon juice. Start by using 1/4 of a lemon (juice) in a cup of water. After a few days, you will notice that the taste of lemon water becomes soft, like lemonade. This sensation is simply due to the pH level of your body that is balanced and becomes less acidic.

PRAISE GOD ALWAYS

Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name. - Hebrews 13:15
There are times when it feels like a real sacrifice to offer praises to God. There are times when it feels like God has taken sides with those who are against us.
When we are down, depressed, and things seem not to go the way we expected, praising and giving thanks to God is not the joyous experience it should be. These are times when you don't feel like praising God.
Yet the Bible is filled with admonition after admonition to give glory, praise and thanks to God. This is because God is good all the time, no matter our circumstance.
Notice that the Bible does not say, "Give thanks to the Lord when you feel good." Rather, it says, "Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good!"
We don't praise God because we feel good. We praise God because He is worthy, regardless of what we may be going through.
Even in our darkest moments, God still remains a good God. Most often it is in our darkest moments that we experience the awesome power of praise.
In the book of Acts, we read of Paul and Silas who were arrested, beaten and thrown into a dungeon for preaching the Gospel. At midnight, Paul and Silas started praying and singing songs of praises to God.
Suddenly, there was a great earthquake such that the foundation of the prison was shaken. The chains of all the prisoners were broken, and all the prison gates were thrown open. That is what the sacrifice of praise can do in your life.
It can pull down any stronghold and break every yoke in your life. So, no matter what you may be going through, don't stop giving God the sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving.
Prayer: Lord, give me the attitude of praise and thanksgiving.
Scriptural Reading: Hebrews 13:7-17

BE HUMBLE

God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble. 1 Peter 5:5
The eyes of LORD" is a theme running throughout Scripture. Take, for example, the familiar words of 2 Chronicles 16:9, "For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to give strong support to those whose heart is blameless toward him."
Obviously, God doesn't have physical eyes; God is spirit. He doesn't need physical eyes, because He's also omniscient. Nothing escapes His notice.
He's aware of all things. But though He's aware of everything, He's also searching for something in particular, something that acts like a magnet to capture His attention and invite His active involvement. God is decisively drawn to humility.
The person who is humble is the one who draws God's attention, and in this sense, drawing His attention means also attracting His grace — His unmerited kindness.
Think about that: There's something you can do to attract more of God's gracious, underserved, supernatural strength and assistance!
What a promise! Contrary to popular and false belief, it's not "those who help themselves" whom God helps; it's those who humble themselves.
This is the promise of humility. God is personally and providentially supportive of the humble. And the grace He extends to the humble is indescribably rich.
As Jonathan Edwards wrote, "The pleasures of humility are really the most refined, inward, and exquisite delights in the world."
We want to position ourselves to receive and experience those exquisite pleasures.
Why don't you make it your goal to pursue the virtue of humility and therefore attract God's attention and favour?
Prayer: Thank You, Father, for Your grace to be humble.
Scriptural Reading: 1 Peter 5:5-11

DON'T PUT YOUR TRUST IN MAN

It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man. Psalm 118:8-9
It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes. The electrical power of a hotel was interrupted resulting in the elevator stopping between floors with passengers aboard.
One of the passengers on the elevator began to beat on the door and to shout for the people in the hallway above to do something quickly to get him out.
One of the people in the hallway attempted to calm the stranded passenger with the assurance that help would soon arrive. He shouted, 'The hotel has a generator system to back up the power.

The maintenance man will soon have power restored to the building and the elevator will be opened.' Then the anxious passenger shouted back, "But I am the maintenance man!"
Sometimes we trust in people to solve our problems when the people themselves are trapped in their own problems.
On the outward, they may appear very competent and capable but in private, they could just be people of straw who are incapable of solving their own problems.
God desires that we trust Him totally in all areas of our lives. Yes, we will have to deal with people in all human activities but we must not make them the object of our trust and hope.
Even though people can have the best intentions for us, we must always remember that they are just humans and limited in what they can do for us.
We express our confidence in the Lord by:
• Going to Him in prayer constantly
• Believing His promises without wavering Trusting in His timing and purposes
Prayer: O Lord, in you alone I put my trust, for my help comes from you alone.
Scriptural Reading: Psalm 118:1-9

Health: 10 Effective Natural Ways to Burn Belly Fat Tips !

10 Effective Natural Ways to Burn Belly Fat Tips !
Every woman loves to fit into the slim jeans that she has in her wardrobe. But, more often than not, she would be finding it difficult to wear the jeans due to the excess baggage that she is carrying around her waistline. If you are also a victim of excessive fat deposits around your waistline, then you need not worry about it anymore. You also do not need to undergo painful and expensive medical procedures to get rid of the excess belly fat. There are less painful and cost effective tips that you can follow that will help you to get the desired belly size that you have been longing for some time. The following are some of the belly flattening tips that have been suggested by experienced nutrition and health experts to shrink your tummy size to size zero.  These tips will help you to easily wear those slim fit and low waist jeans that you always wanted to wear.

1.    Eat During The Magic Hour

It is considered by many nutrition and well being experts that the time between 3 pm and 4 pm is the magic hour. It is the ideal time for you to eat a diet rich in proteins. You can think of munching on a small piece of low fat cheese, or a protein bar or some almonds with an organic apple. Make certain that you eat the protein snack every single day.
Benefits
•    This snack will help in boosting your metabolism and balancing your sugar levels.
•    It will help in lowering your insulin levels which will in turn reduce the fat stored in your belly area.
•    Make sure that you eat every 3 to 4 hours to maintain blood sugar levels.

2.    Exercise Ball

Doing the ball exchange exercise three to four times a week will help you to maintain a flat belly for life. This has to be coupled with proper and nutritious diet.
Exercise Procedure
•    Lay flat on your back and place your arms over your head. The legs have to be straight out.
•    Grab hold of the gravity exercise ball and hold it above your head with your hands.
•    Now slowly move the ball towards your chest and during this process lift your legs to meet the ball and place it between the ankles.
•    Now bring the ball to the floor with your legs and the arms must be straightened out over your head.
•    Repeat this exercise 10 to 12 times every day.

3.    Eat Controlled Meals

One of the best ways to enjoy flat belly is to eat controlled and portioned meals that is rich in whole grain foods and monounsaturated fats. Eating lots of whole grains are an ideal solution to lose more abdominal fat.
•    Adding brown rice, barley, oats, Quinoa, whole wheat bread and Kamut to your daily diet will help you to easily lower belly fat.
•    It is also ideal for you to include foods rich in monounsaturated fats like peanut butter, avocados, olive oil, olives, nuts and whole milk products in your daily diet to reduce belly fat.

4.    Cardio Exercise With Boxing

It is ideal for you to do cardio exercise four to five times a week to maintain your body weight. Adding boxing punches along with your cardio exercise is a sure shot way to crunch your abs and to lose belly fat faster.
•    Boxing along with cardio exercises will help you to burn more calories from your belly.
•    You need to add one or two pounds of arm weights in your hands while doing punching exercises to really work on your core and to strengthen it.
•    Twisting your torso and throwing some punches everyday for 15 minutes during your 30 to 45 minute Cardio workout will flatten your midsection effectively.
5.    Reduce Sugar As Much As Possible

If you would like to maintain a size zero belly figure, then you need to totally cut down on your sugar intake. Make sure that you eat as low as zero grams of sugar as possible to reduce belly fat easily. This will help you to keep your insulin levels low.
•    Make sure that you keep your insulin levels low at all times by totally avoiding intake of sugar.
•    This will help you to increase the glucagon which is a hormone that will help to maintain flat belly.

6.    Chewing Food

One of the mantras that will help you to reduce your belly fat and bloating is to keep chewing your food in your mouth for a long time. Better digested food will result in less bloating.
•    Chew the food that you intake until it is like a sauce in your mouth.
•    Never try to swallow your food as this will increase your intake like anything.
•     Chewing food will help in proper digestion of the food as digestion starts in your mouth. This will also reduce the intake of food considerably and thereby prevent bloating of the belly.

7.    Best Flat Belly Menu

If you want to reduce your belly fat quickly, then you need to follow this flat belly diet every day.
•    For Breakfast: Take a slice of whole wheat bread or whole grain bread with natural peanut butter. Then, take a cup full of your favorite berries.
•    For Lunch: The ideal menu that you can think for lunch is cherry tomatoes dressed with little olive oil and fresh lemon juice; grilled tofu and spinach salad with sliced avocado.
•    For Snack: Two tablespoons of sunflower seeds with a cup of fat free yoghurt.
•    For Dinner: Roasted sweet potato, grilled salmon or fish rich in omega 3 fatty acids, olive oil sautéed asparagus with garlic.

8.    Laughter Yoga

Laughing is one of the best natural remedies that you can think of to strengthen your abs.
•    Laughing will help in strengthening your abs and will help to tone your abs.
•    You can also think about joining laughing yoga classes to help you to reduce your belly fat by strengthening your belly.

9.    Draw Attention To Other Body Parts

If you feel that you do not want people to notice your bloated middle area, then you need to divert the attention of the people from your mid section to a different part of your body.
Working Tips
•    If you feel you have attractive and trim legs, then you can wear skirts or slim pants or half pants.
•    You can think of revealing your shoulders by baring them a bit with deep neckline or with a boat neck.
•    Showing a bit of cleavage with the use of a correct bra will make people forget about your bloating mid section.

10.    DCBA Approach

If you would like to enjoy flat belly within two to three weeks and to lose two inches round your belly, then you need to follow the DCBA approach which is diet first, cardio second, building muscles third and abdominal exercises last routine.
•    You need to think of spending an hour of your day preparing the healthiest meal for you.
•    Take 20 minutes of your time in a day to do cardio exercises for three to five times a week.
•    You need to spend 15 minutes of a day doing strength training and muscle building exercise for three to four times weekly.
•    Follow this up by doing a five minute abdominal exercise for three times a day every week.

Following this routine for a minimum of four to five days a week will help you to maintain an attractive and flat looking midsection for your lifetime.

Are you worried that you have a big and bloating mid section? Do you want to get rid of the excess baggage that you are carrying around your midsection in a cost effective and affordable manner? Then, you need to follow the above mentioned tips for a minimum of three to four months to see a visible difference in your belly fat and to get the most attractive ABS that you have always desired.

SHOW GRATITUDE

Although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. - Romans 1:21
A hospital chaplain kept a record of some 2,000 patients whom he had visited at a hospital. All of these patients who were at the point of death were very responsive to the word of God.
Among those restored to health, he observed that only two showed a marked change in their spiritual lives after their recovery.
In other words, when these people thought they would die, they accepted the Word of God and prayed for His healing grace.
But when they recovered, they forgot about God. That is how we can be sometimes. We cry out to God. He answers our prayers.
Then we forget about Him. We rejoice in the blessing so much that we forget the one who blessed us.
We delight so much in the gift we forget the giver. But the giver is more important than the gift. And nothing hinders our blessing more than ingratitude.
The point is, we need to put as much zeal in thanking God for what He has done for us as we put into pleading with Him when we are in need.
In the Gospel of Luke, we read the story of the ten lepers who came to Jesus and pleaded for His mercy. The Lord instructed them to go and show themselves to the priests. As they went, they were cleansed of their leprosy.
The Bible says only one of them returned to Jesus to give thanks. Then Jesus asked, "Were there not ten cleansed? But where are the nine? Of the ten, only one came to give glory and praise to God.
What would you think of a person who always come to you for assistance, but never offer a word of thanks in return?
Is there anything in your life that you need to give thanks for? Count your blessings and thanks to God.
Prayer: Father, forgive me for my lack of gratitude.

LEARN TO THRIVE IN EVERY SEASON

To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven. - Ecclesiastes 3:1
To really enjoy life, you must know how to handle time and the different seasons that you will go through. Change is constant in life.
Every day, week, month and year introduces new things in your life. You will not be on a constant high; neither will you be on a constant low. There will be seasons of dryness and seasons of fruitfulness.
Each season has its purpose and works to make you appreciate God's grace towards you in different situations. When you are up, He is there with you and when you are down, He also stays with you. Place the seasons of your life in God's hands.
Ask God to transform your attitudes and bring positive results out of negative situations as you travel through life's seasons.
Rely on God's unchanging power in the midst of changes you experience in all aspects of your life.
Rather than battling the season you currently find yourself in, ask God what He wants you to learn from it, and trust Him to give you the encouragement and strength you need. Know that, while life is unpredictable, your faith in God will always stand. Use your time wisely.
Regularly remind yourself of how fragile and fleeting life on earth can be, and that every day is a gift from God. Don't fall into the traps of being lazy or too driven, missing out on God's best for you.
Ask God to give you wisdom to use your time each day as He would like you to use it, according to His purposes for your life.
Prayer: Lord, I thank You that wherever I am, You are there with me; help me to trust You daily.
Scriptural Reading: Ecclesiastes 3:1-8

Worth Reading !

During World War 2, a soldier was separated from his unit on an island.
The fighting had been intense, and in the smoke and the crossfire he had lost touch with his comrades.

Alone in the jungle, he could hear enemy soldiers coming in his direction.
Scrambling for cover, he found his way ! up a high ridge to several small caves in the rock. Quickly he crawled inside one of the caves.
Although safe for the moment, he realised that once the enemy soldiers looking for him swept up the ridge, they would quickly search all the caves and he would be killed.
As he waited, he prayed, "Lord, please spare my life. Whatever will happen, I love you and trust you. Amen."
After praying, he lay quietly listening to the enemy begin to draw close.
He thought, "Well, I guess the Lord isn't going to help me out of this one."
Then he saw a spider begin to build a web over the front of his cave.
"Hah" he thought, "What I need is a brick wall and what the Lord has sent me is a spider web. God does have a sense of humour."
As the enemy drew closer he watched from the darkness of his hide out and could see them searching one cave after another.
As they came to his, he got ready to make his last stand, but then he heard the leader of the soldiers say:
"you may as well ignore looking in this cave ...if he had entered here this web would be broken!" So they left and he was delivered!
To his amazement, however, after glancing in the direction of his cave, they moved on.
Suddenly he realised that with the spider web over the entrance, his cave looked as if no one had entered for quite a while.
"Lord, forgive me," he prayed. "I had forgotten that in you a spider's web is stronger than a brick wall. He will use the most foolish things in this world to confound the wise
God is our protector and shield he will never put us to shame.

DIVINE PROVISION

Then He commanded the multitudes to sit down on the grass. And He took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, He blessed and broke and gave the loaves to the disciples; and the disciples gave to the multitudes. - Matthew 14:19
God is able to provide for us even when the resources around us are limited and inadequate. He is not limited by our limitations.
Jesus had a crowd of over five thousand people to feed and all He had in His hand were five loaves of bread and two fish.
Consider the sheer size of the crowd in front of Him and the tiny food supply in His hands. Anybody faced with such disproportionate factors of demand and supply would just give up.
But not Jesus. He sees possibility when everything else appears impossible. Let's see how He responded to this need:
• He took the fish and loaves. He did not despise the little resource in His hands.
• He looked up to heaven. Jesus knew where His source of blessing was. It was not in the resources around Him but in the power of God above.
• He blessed the bread. God is a God of increase. When we lift up our hands to Him in faith, He releases the blessing of increase over what we have.
• He broke the bread. When we start using what we have by breaking it, the power of God quickens it and creates an increase.
• He gave the bread. When we use what we have and give it wholeheartedly in service to God, it multiplies in value.
Prayer: Lord, help me to look up to You when the resources around me are limited.
Scriptural Reading: Matthew 14:13-21

Relationship: 7 signs your husband is happily married

Every wife wants her husband to find joy in their marriage. Here are 7 signs that indicate your honey is a happily married man.
  • 1. Kisses

He greets you with a kiss when he comes home from work. It's not a run-of-the-mill, quick, peck-on-the-cheek kind of kiss. No. It's a body-hugging, lips-to-lips kind of kiss. The lingering type that lets you know — without a doubt — he's glad to be home with you once again. A sure sign he's happily married.
  • 2. Contacts

When he goes away on business, he contacts you every day and lets you know he misses you. A husband who is happily married genuinely misses his wife when he's away. He wants to be with you. He can't wait to get home to you. He says endearing things on the phone when he calls. And he means every word of it. He is 100% faithful to you always. And you know it.
  • 3. "I love you's"

He tells you he loves you. He says it every day. And you say it back. It never gets old. He's not like the husband whose wife complained after several years of marriage, "You don't tell me you love me;" and who replied, "I told you when we were married, and if it ever changes, I'll let you know." That's not how a devoted, happily married man operates. He will tell you he loves you because he wants you to know it daily. He loves saying it because he feels it deeply. And he knows it matters to you to hear the words.
  • 4. Helping hand

He helps around the house. He wants to lighten your load and do his share, even more than his share when you're not feeling well. He's a willing partner in the business of making your home an inviting place to be. And he teaches your children to do the same. He gets it that raising the kids isn't just your job; it's his too, one he's willing to share because he loves you and them. In other words, he's an active participant in making home life happy for his family.
  • 5. Compliments

He compliments you. He looks at you and sees what you are doing. He's paying attention. You catch him eyeing you at different times. He can't help it. He's smitten with you. He never tires of looking at you. He thinks you're beautiful, no matter what changes your body may have gone through. He doesn't see the flaws that you see. He's blinded by love.
  • 6. Comforting

He holds you when you cry. When heartache and disappointment cause your tears to flow, he's there for you. He tries his best to understand what you're going through. He's not always perfect at it, but he tries to comfort you during your hard times. If you are wise, you will welcome his comforting.
  • 7. Open-heart sharing

He shares his dreams and sorrows with you. It's not as easy for him to do this as it is for you. He needs to know he can tell you these things without you falling apart, and that you will keep his confidence. When he's willing to open up his heart and tell you his plans and hopes for his career, he knows you will listen and care. He knows you are his personal cheerleader. He also knows his love for you is deep enough that you will understand and want to know about his disappointments. A happily married man can confidently do this.

GOD WANTS YOU TO BE HAPPY

When you eat the labour of your hands, you shall be happy, and it shall be well with you. - Psalm 128:2
Happy life does not just appear out of the blue. It must be deliberately pursued. These guidelines can help you live a happier life.
Pursue contentment. Ask God to help you be content with your money, your health, and other situations in your life.
Realize that true contentment doesn't depend on external circumstances, but on internal peace that only God can give.
Take out the pressure of unnecessary competition and rivalry from your life. Don't allow what someone else has to keep you from enjoying what you have. Enjoy what you have.
Don't feel guilty about enjoying the blessings God gives you. Understand that living in deprivation and need doesn't somehow make you a more seriously spiritual person.
Remember that God Himself is joyful and intends you to fully enjoy the gifts He gives you. Go ahead and have fun pursuing your interests, knowing that as long as you don't engage in anything harmful and sinful, you can enjoy your pursuits.
Take care of your body, mind, and spirit. Recognize that you'll enjoy life much more if you're in your best possible physical, mental, and spiritual health than if you neglect one or more of these areas.
Eat a healthy diet, get enough sleep and exercise, constantly seek to learn something new, and stay close to God through Christ. Give generously.
While enjoying what the Lord has blessed you with, give a thought for those who need help. Don't wait until it's convenient for you to help others.
Decide to give whenever God leads you to, trusting that God will give you joy in return.
Prayer: Lord, teach me to wisely manage my life so that I can live a happy and contented life.
Scriptural Reading: Psalm 128:1-6

YOU ARE REIGNING WITH CHRIST?

Even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus. - Ephesians 2:5-6
Knowing what God has made us in Christ Jesus empowers us to fully claim and occupy our rightful positions. Christ partook of our human nature so that we can also partake of His divine nature and positions.
He lives His life 'together' with us. Through His life, death and resurrection, God has:
• Made us alive. God is a life-giver. He makes our spirits alert and responsive to His Holy Spirit. Because we are alive to Him, we can hear the voice of God and experience His presence. We are no longer dead in sins but alive to righteousness.
• Raised us up. God is a lifter. He found us knocked down and out on the sidewalk of life and reached out to us.
His grace raises us from the deepest depths of sin, shame and defeat. Because He has raised us, we can walk tall and live confidently.
• Made us sit. We are seated where Christ is seated, at the right hand of the Father. To sit where Christ is seated is to benefit from the favour and authority that the Father has made available to Christ. We have the ear of the Father when we pray.
We are seated in a seat that is far above principalities and powers of evil.
Prayer: Thank You Father, for the new position of favour You have set me in through Christ.
Scriptural Reading: Ephesians 2:1-10

GET UP AND MOVE ON

I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. - 2 Timothy 4:7
God has put dreams and desires in each person's heart. He has given each one of us a hunger for things that are spiritual as well as things that make our lives useful. Those are the dreams that we run in the race of faith to attain to.
In the race of faith, you run to win. And you run to finish the race. It's not enough simply to start. We have to finish the race, too. So if you have stumbled out of the race that the Lord has set before you, get up and get back on track. There is a race to run and a prize to be won.
The main character in the film “Chariots of Fire” fell in this important race. He was hurt and discouraged. But he got up again and continued to run.
He finished the race and he won it. Even when you stumble, even when you fall, you can still get up and run. You can still win. God still believes in you.
You may have stumbled. You may have fallen in the race of life. Or maybe you have been discouraged by harsh criticisms around you; or something has happened to set you back. It's not too late to get up and start running again. The Holy Spirit is there to help you.
You will never be truly happy until you have pursued both your spiritual and self-actualizing dreams.
So when you fall by the wayside while pursuing your dreams, allow the Lord to lift you up again and inspire you for success. Whatever the Lord starts with you, He is able also to finish it. Run in His power.
Prayer: Lord, I know that You have planted dreams and goals in me; Help me to pursue them with Your strength.
Scriptural Reading: 2 Timothy 4:6-8
